President & Founder
Cindy likes to say that WILSONWEST is as old as Charlie, her twenty-year old son – she founded the company just weeks before his arrival. Prior to this, she spent 7 years with Carlson Marketing Worldwide and 5 years in New York with Merrill Lynch. “I made the leap from the corporate world to entrepreneur with the hope of creating a lifestyle that included time for the creative event work I loved, alongside weekday visits to the kids’ schools and activities.”
This results-driven decision set the stage for a uniquely creative environment that attracted a highly innovative team of event producers. From there, Cindy built Wilsonwest into an outstanding corporate event marketing firm rooted in the belief that a high quality of life for our team equates to a high quality of work for our clients. Our San Francisco-based event planners have traveled the globe producing world class events.
Today, Cindy continues to drive the creative side of the business, energizing the company and creating events that have become synonymous with the Wilsonwest brand. She remains focused on helping clients build relationships with their partners, clients and the communities in which they live and work. Cindy believes that leaders who incorporate social impact as part of their business strategy will build a stronger brand, attract more committed employees and develop stronger partnerships with customers.
Twenty years later, the approach that launched it all still resonates in each client relationship and drives the planning of every event. “We always begin by asking, ‘What results would you like to experience?’ With that clear focus, everything else follows.”

Associate Producer
Tim’s association with the production team began in 2011. In his role he provides a wide range of management and support to ensure that each event is executed with flawless precision. With over 12 years of event industry experience, he has worn many hats along the way managing projects, registration systems, housing, exhibit management, transportation, as well as onsite coordination. Some of his favorite event destinations have included Paris, Milan, London, and Hong Kong.
Originally from Milwaukee WI, he spent several years in Chicago before moving to San Francisco. He now lives in the beautiful city of Sausalito just on the other side of the Golden Gate Bridge. He spends his free time with his wonderful partner and recently adopted puppy exploring the bay area through hiking, biking, paddle boarding, and wine tasting.
Associate Producer
Jeff brings a broad skill set to the team from a diverse background in design, marketing, operations management, and event production. He has worked as a freelance designer, marketing consultant, and project manager, putting to good use his eye for design, a keen attention to detail, and most of all an ability to keep plates spinning. Prior to Wilsonwest he was the Marketing and Operations Director at a successful architecture and urban design firm in San Francisco.
Jeff’s free time is spent actively exploring California’s natural beauty. As an avid cyclist, riding 70 miles for a good espresso is not unusual. A New York native, he has called San Francisco his home since arriving to the Golden Gate 18 years ago.
Environmental Designer
Ken’s enthusiasm, passion, and creativity can be seen in many of Wilsonwest’s key events. His ability to translate a client’s vision into a memorable and highly customized visual experience speaks to his level of sensitivity, not only to the client’s needs but also to those of the location, the materials used, and the many other partners contributing to the event. Ken injects his excitement and curiosity about design into every element of his special events, from fanciful floral arrangements and unusual textiles to unique table décor and bold lighting design.
He specializes in sustainable events management and design; his designs are organic and natural, with a sophisticated modern twist. His ongoing fascination with diverse cultures continues to inspire his designs after 20 years affiliated with our event marketing firm.
Ken’s down-to-earth personality and Midwestern sensibility (born and raised in Ohio) have contributed to his strong commitment to maintaining long-term partnerships with clients, vendors, and associates. He shares his life with his partner of 15 years, Brian. When they’re not enjoying their tranquil garden in San Francisco, they’re often trekking across the globe in pursuit of adventure, inspiration, and rejuvenation.
