Jun 03, 2013 Strategic Corporate Social Responsibility and Event Planning
For corporate social responsibility (CSR) to be successful, it needs to be strategic. [Tweet this!] Companies that incorporate social impact as an integral part of their business strategy build stronger brands, attract more committed employees and develop more durable connections with customers.
And as corporate event marketing professionals, we take the same, strategic approach. So for our community of event professionals, we work to ensure that social responsibility is woven intelligently and meaningfully into corporate events. And for the community we live in, we collaborate on causes we feel passionately about, such as public education.
As a mother with two children, I spent a lot of time in classrooms, helping out with the other moms. We are very proud to support these fine local organizations, educational and otherwise, and hope you’ll consider contributing to them as well:
Gateway High School
Larkin Street Youth Services
San Francisco City Academy
The National AIDS Memorial Grove
The San Francisco Food Bank
